We require all new intakes to spend a minimum of 2 weeks in our care to undergo behavioral and medical screening.
All adopting hopefuls are required to undergo a
Trial-Adoption Period, which is 7-14 days.
During this time, the adopting family is given a more adequate
time-frame to decide if the pet they are hoping to adopt is in fact, the perfect fit for their family.

Lady is a 4 year old lab mix that is looking for a more laid back home. No cats, and possibly older children that can learn to respect safe boundaries and interactions with Lady. She does not like to go for walks everyday (surprising right?) and loves to lounge around. She is looking for that family that can love Lady for who Lady is and be her foundation and support system for her episodes of panic when she does have them.
Sherlock, is an easy-going, fun, loving ball of joy. He does not let his past define him in any way, and he lives each day to the fullest. He loves to play with his toys and then sprawl out on the grass and crawl like he is playing army man! His personality and character will keep a smile on your face and that smile will keep him happy. He may be slow to warm up to new faces, but once he gets to know you, he will be your best friend.
Enola is a dog who just wants all the love and attention in the world. She loves to lounge on the couch and get all of the pets from you if she could. Playing with her toys and getting to run around the back yard like a miniature bull in a china shop is just two of her favorite hobbies. This little lady just wants attention and if you are willing to give it to her, then you guys will become the best of friends.
Intake Date : 4/26/2021 : 5 year old, neutered, German Shepherd, who is ready to be shown what love and life as a family pet can be. He was kept as an outside dog, ignored, left to sit in a yard with no human interaction for his entire life. The colony animal services saved him and it is now our mission to find the perfect family that will be patient with our sweet man and show him how good life can be as a pampered pup.
He will need a family who is willing to be patient with him, and let him come out of his shell on his own time, as home life is new to him. Patience and some yummy snacks go a far way with this big guy. ♥
He is currently in recovery from heart worm treatment, but he will be ready to rock and roll and move in with his forever family that is out there somewhere, waiting to find him.
